Parent Support Panel

There are five members at present on the Support Panel:
 
Helen Corcoran (Cork)
Roles - Chairperson & Panel Rep on the Administrative Council (AC) & Trainee Tutor
Helen trained as a Parent Supporter in 2016, is the Parent Support Rep for the Cork Branch and has been an active Cuidiú member for many years. Helen already has Training experience and will be training to become a Parent Support Tutor in 2022.
 
Jessica Staines (Dublin West)
Roles - Volunteer Rep & Assistant Panel Rep on the AC & Trainee Tutor
Having been a Cuidiú member for several years, Jessica is an experienced Parent Supporter and is also Chair of the Dublin West Branch. Jessica has been acting Parent Support Panel Rep on the AC for the past 18 months, singlehandedly holding the fort until the wider Panel was formed a few months ago. Jessica also already has Training experience and will be training to become a Parent Support Tutor in 2022.
 
Ger Cahill (Sligo)
Role - Tutor
Ger is a longstanding Cuidiú Member, ex Cuidiú President and during her long Cuidiú Career has been a Tutor for all three Training Sectors, and even wrote the original Parent Support Training course back when the sector was first launched. Ger will soon be launching a new Cuidiú branch in Sligo.
 
Melanie Grace (Cork)
Role - Secretary
Mel has been a member of Cuidiú since 2015, was chair of the Cork Branch for several years and trained as Parent Supporter with Helen in 2016. Until earlier this year Mel was also Chair of the Board of Directors and National Membership Secretary. Mel continues to sit on the AC and as a Director.
 
Madhu Panda (Cork)
Role - Ordinary Member
Madhu is also from Cork Branch and trained as a Parent Supporter back in 2015.  Madhu was also the Cork Branch Treasurer for several years.
 
 
We are all delighted to be here representing the Parent Support Sector and we look forward to working with you all during the upcoming relaunch and in the years to follow.
